 Postage and Delivery

All orders are posted by Australia post via regular mail or express mail. Delivery time within Australia is 3-7 working days. Sorry no COD’S (unless otherwise arranged).   In the event you haven't received your parcel within 10 days (unless having your items personalised) please contact us at sales@sandceremonies.com.au and we will track your parcel for you. Please note that although we take great care in packing your parcel & ensuring it comes to you as it left us, once we have lodged your parcel with Australia Post it is really out of our control. Registered Post is available. With Registered Post you will receive a Registered Post Number & a signature upon arrival will be required. Registered Post will also insure your parcel for $100. Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not refund on our products.  We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of all featured products; however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  If a product offered by sand ceremonies itself is not described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.  If when you receive your sand it is not the colour you were expecting, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an exchange.
