right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel
orders in their sole discretion. We will
refund any monies paid using the original method.
Pricing and Product
Availability
All
prices listed on the Sand Ceremonies are in Australian Dollars. Whilst we try to avoid errors in pricing and
product information if any such mistakes occur we reserve the right to correct
them. Occasionally an item maybe temporarily out of stock, if this occurs we
will contact you to notify you of an approximate delivery date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Product Descriptions
Sand
Ceremonies and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible in its
descriptions of all featured products; however, sandceremonies.com.au does not
warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by sandceremonies.com.au
itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused
condition.
Risk of Loss
All
items purchased from sand ceremonies are made pursuant to a shipment contract,
basically that the risk of loss of your items is passed onto you upon our
delivery to the carrier - i.e. Australia Post.

Please note: as per
our Privacy Policy we do not store Credit Card numbers or other financial
information, they are only used for processing your order.
If
you have selected to pay via Bank Transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order,
payments need to be completed within 7 days after checkout. Otherwise orders
will be cancelled.
Payment Security
The sand ceremonies online store
provides you with a secure check out process. There are three options when
checking out:
1) Payment with PayPal and
Store Pick Up – (Please
choose the “Store Pick Up” method of payment and email us to notify of the bank
transfer details – see below for our account details)
2) Direct deposit is paid into our ANZ
bank account using Internet, telephone or branch banking. Please ensure that
you place your Order Number in the description when making your payment as this
will be essential for us to trace your payment.
As
soon as funds are cleared we will ship the goods (Please note it can take up to
48 hours for your payment to show in our bank account).
